About Us
Bloomfield Pet Care provides personalized dog walking, pet sitting, and home care services for pets and families in Bloomfield Hills and surrounding communities. We’re expanding into the Rochester Hills area and seeking a motivated Team Leader to help lead and grow our presence locally.
Position Summary
As a Team Leader in Rochester Hills, you will be the on-the-ground representative of Bloomfield Pet Care. You’ll develop and implement a local expansion plan, lead pet care and client relations efforts, and support daily dog walking, pet sitting, and marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who loves animals, has a background in marketing, customer service, and pet care, and thrives as a self-starter.
Key Responsibilities

Build and execute a local growth strategy for Bloomfield Pet Care in Rochester Hills

Provide dog walking, pet sitting, and client services as needed

Develop and maintain client relationships in the community

Support marketing efforts including promo outreach, coordinating social media, and referral programs
-
Recruit and support other pet care team members as the region grows

Ensure a high standard of professional care and safety for pets and clients
Requirements
✔ Must live in Rochester Hills or surrounding area
✔ Flexible schedule with availability to work varied hours
✔ Background in marketing, customer service, and pet care
✔ Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow a local business
✔ Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently
✔ Valid driver’s license, reliable car, smartphone, and ability to use apps
