Keeping your pet’s routine consistent is at the heart of everything we do. Each pet sitting visit is thoughtfully tailored to your pet’s needs and follows the care instructions you provide, so your pet’s day feels familiar and comfortable while you are away.
Pet sitting visits may include feeding and refreshing water, medication support as directed, potty breaks, litter care, playtime, and plenty of calm, reassuring attention. We focus on caring for your pet in a way that supports both their physical and emotional wellbeing.
We are also happy to help care for your home during each visit. This may include watering plants, refilling bird feeders or baths, bringing in mail and packages, collecting newspapers, adjusting lights, and opening or closing blinds. These small details help your home feel lived in and secure while you are away.

Cat & Critters

Cats and Critters Vacation Visits are available for households with cats, rabbits, small rodents, reptiles, and fish. Each visit is thoughtfully tailored to your pet’s individual needs, routines, and comfort level.
Visits may include feeding, refreshing water, litter care, enclosure cleaning, medication support as directed, brushing, playtime with toys, and a detailed visit report so you know how your pets are doing while you are away.
You may schedule as many visits per day as your pets require. A minimum of one visit per day is required for cats and critters. For households with three or more pets, we recommend a 35 minute visit to allow adequate time and attention for each pet.

Pet Visits are our vacation care option for households with dogs, or dogs with additional pets. Each visit is designed to support your pet’s routine and comfort while you are away.
Every pet sitting visit includes a let out or neighborhood walk, feeding, fresh water, yard waste removal, medication support as directed, plenty of affection, and a detailed visit report so you know how your pets are doing.
You may request as many visits per day as your pets need. For dogs, a minimum of three visits per day is required. Morning, midday, and evening. For households with three or more pets, we recommend a 45 minute visit to ensure each pet receives adequate time and attention.
Almost Overnight

Our Almost Overnight Service provides added comfort and reassurance for pets who benefit from extra support during the evening and early morning hours. This service is ideal for pets who thrive on routine, enjoy additional companionship, need help settling at night, or appreciate a calm and attentive start to their day.
A Company team member visits your home in the evening for two full hours from 8:00–10:00 pm to provide care, companionship, and bedtime support, and returns in the morning from 7:00–8:00 am to help your pet start the day comfortably and confidently. Additional daytime visits can be added to ensure your pet’s routine remains fully supported.
Almost Overnight Care includes feeding, fresh water, medication support as directed, let outs and walks, brushing, playtime, and plenty of gentle affection.
Things you should know:
While we do not charge extra for multiple pets in the same household, attending to multiple pets, giving medications, and household maintenance such as bringing in the mail or watering your plants does take time. So, please make sure you are booking enough time to meet all your needs.

During vacation sits, we cannot care for pets if someone other than the homeowner is at the house, this includes contractors, cleaning crew, friends and family. You can find more details here.

Holiday rate is an additional $10 per visit on the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

Services scheduled outside of our pet sitting hours (8am to 8pm) may be available for an additional $10 fee.
