With a professional team behind your pet's care, you don't have to worry about whether someone will be there when you can't be. Since 2012, Bloomfield Pet Care has provided dependable dog walking and pet sitting to families throughout Oakland County.

Susan is the Administrative Manager of Bloomfield Pet Care. You will know her as your first point of contact for establishing new clients, consultations, service inquiries, and immediate assistance for current clients. Susan has been with us for 3 years and counting. She is certified in Pet First Aid and CPR. Susan has had many pets, including a mallard duck and a snowy white goose. Currently, she has two dogs: one senior Maltese/Shih Tzu mix, Lexi, whom she adopted in August 2024 from a client who could no longer care for her and a young hearing impaired malshipoo named Peach. Susan has cared for several special needs pets and offers helpful information and tips for both staff and clients.

​Amy has been with Bloomfield Pet Care since 2017 and is our Field Manager. She is certified in animal behavior and is a certified puppy trainer through the Karen Pryor Academy. Currently she has two dogs, Templeton and Lewis, and a cat named Mallory. She has been very active as a foster mom with local non-profit animal rescues. She loves exploring the outdoors with your dogs and makes sure every pet she cares for is happy and loved.

Nicole has been with BPC since 2016. She is our animal whisperer. She is certified in Fear-Free for Vet Professionals. She has always held interest towards animal behavior and ecosystem dynamics. In college, she studied ecology and has always wanted to have a greater relationship with animals and the environment. She loves walking your pets throughout the seasons and getting to know their personalities.

Nancy has been with Bloomfield Pet Care since 2017. She is an avid animal lover. She's certified in Fear- Free for Vet Professionals. She's the mama to a Persian cat. She has a degree in medical biology. She enjoys getting to know the pets she cares for and building a relationship with them. When home, she enjoys snuggling up with her pets and reading a good book.​

Caelan has been part of the Bloomfield Pet Care team since November 2017. She’s currently working towards her master’s in Occupational Therapy. A lifelong animal lover, she grew up with dogs, cats, fish, and a bunny, and has 2 cats of her own, Prince and Violet. Caelan is passionate about creating a warm, caring experience for every pet she cares for and loves getting to know each one’s unique personality.

Nia joined our team in April, 2023 and has been providing your beloved pets with an abundance of love and attention. When not pursuing her psychology degree, she can usually be found snuggled up with her two fancy feline companions, watching suspenseful thrillers.

Lia has been working for Bloomfield Pet Care since 2022.  She is a Michigan State University student, studying Business Administration.  She has gotten to know many of our client's pets over the years and has seen first hand all that comes with managing a Dog Walking and Pet Sitting Company. She will continue to care for your pets during the summer, school breaks and weekends at home during the school year.

 Animals have always been a big part of Sophia's life, and caring for them is something she truly enjoys. She has four pets of her own- a corgi, Clover, and three cats, Stitch, Ghost, and Lucinda- so she understands how important it is to know your pets are in caring, reliable hands.
She's currently in college studying interior design, and is excited to be part of the Bloomfield Pet Care team! Spending time with your pets truly makes her day, and she loves helping make theirs brighter too, whether that means keeping them active, giving them attention, or simply making sure they feel happy and cared for while you’re away.​​​

Amy is excited for the opportunity to care for your fur babies. She's passionate about staying active and enjoys fitness, golf, and cheering on Spartan basketball. She has been married for 33 years and has two grown children and one beautiful grandson. At home, she stays busy with her two dogs, Arnie and Phil, who love spending time outdoors with us year-round, and occasionally “helping” in the garden.
Providing pets with a safe, loving, and dependable experience is something she truly values. She understands how important peace of mind is when you’re away, and she promises to care for your pets with the same attention, affection, and respect she gives her own. 🐾

Chrissy has always had a strong connection with animals and is committed to providing dependable, compassionate care. Her several years of kennel experience gave her hands-on experience caring for pets with a variety of personalities, routines, and needs. She has also continued pet sitting and enjoys building relationships with pets and their families.

Chrissy has cared for many types of animals, including dogs, cats, ducks, sheep, rats, turtles, and more. She is excited to be part of the Bloomfield Pet Care team and looks forward to giving every pet the attention, comfort, and excellent care they deserve.​​​​​​

Kristan is thrilled to be joining the Bloomfield Pet Care team and looks forward to providing love, compassion, and exceptional care to every pet she meets.

An animal lover from a young age, Kristan brings approximately 16 years of veterinary field experience along with previous professional pet care experience. She treats every pet with the same patience, attention, and care she gives her own.

At home, Kristan is a proud cat mom to Zero and Ripley. In her free time, she enjoys nature, photography, and collaging.

Kristan is excited to meet your furry family members and share her passion and knowledge with the Bloomfield Pet Care family.

Olive is Meghan's Happy Paws Haven foster fail. She arrived in October 2025 weighing just over 4 pounds at 1 year old.  She was malnourished and terrified.  She also had a hip injury that required a Femoral Head Ostectomy shortly after coming to the rescue.  She quickly recovered, got very comfortable and never left.  She is now 7.5 lbs and very fast now that she uses all four legs (usually).  Martini is a 15 year old Bichon/ShihTzu mix that arrived at Meghan's after his owner passed away.  He has been a BPC dog for 8 years. He tolerates Olive's antics and likes to take long naps.
